It has been a very graceful week for the children of God in the PMCC 4th Watch Locale Church of Rota, also known as the “Peaceful Island” for once again Summer Camp was held to strengthen their faith and relationships with God. The place was filled with hymns that expressed the brethren’s highest regards to God and the joy in doing His will.
To make the Summer Camp more alive and thrilling, Gospel Concert and Singing Contest, were held also to prove that God pours out abundant talents in His church. The bonding of the brethren was also prioritized in this gathering, for they have conducted a fellowship and a banquet at Rota Hotel Poolside.
Brethren were more challenged by the camp’s theme “Boldly Proclaiming the Gospel Daily” which was taken from Acts 5:42. Especially when Ptr. Raquel’s final message made its way to the hearts and minds of the brethren. She stated that “The call of God in the ministry must be prioritized, that parents must not discourage their children from serving the Lord.” Also the statement “Be bold in sharing the gospel and never give up!” served as the turning point of the brethren to testify the God’s love despite of the struggles and hardships.
