Entering day two of five—the delegates started their day with a powerful message ministered by Pastor Olivia Liamzon, the area coordinator of Australia district churches.
Then the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, shared about the importance of being an intercessor before the congregational prayer. Inspired by this year’s theme: “Following Christ in Suffering and Glory”, Bishop Domingo Ferriol led the youth campers in the meditation of God’s Word in the first seminar. It was immediately followed by the second seminar headed by Apostle Arsenio. The Apostle reminded that one cannot be a follower of Christ without suffering.
Pastor Jhun Marbida tackled “Spiritual Suffering: Self Denial for the sake of the Faith” during the third seminar. Series of contests completed the afternoon itinerary.
Bishop Osinando Quillao, one of the church bishops and overseers, delivered the message, “Who Will Stand in the Gap of the Ministry of the Lord?” during the Ministries Night. He encouraged the young believers to heed Christ’s request of workers needed in the harvest field by dedicating their lives in the ministry.
The second day concludes with cries of surrender as the young delegates knelt down before the stage to seal their dedication as Bishop Osinando prayed over them.
