Thessalonica Area Fellowship

Lively and enthusiastic songs of praise opened the Thessalonica Area Fellowship held on July 7, 2019 at PMCC 4th Watch Hall, Estancia, Kalibo, Aklan. Brethren from all over Aklan, Capiz, and Antique gathered to celebrate the Area Fellowship with a theme “The Liberated People are in the House of God” found in John 8:35.

Presbyter Lily Ferriol administered an empowering seminar tackling the different types of power God has in store for His church. The seminar was immediately followed by Divine Worship. A usual array of program proper was followed.

But the words of God, which is the highlight of the said event, uttered by Beloved Bishop Art Ferriol left a mark in the hearts and minds of every believer. Indeed, the House of the Lord is where the people who have been saved are placed and nurtured until the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Not only that the brethren were blessed and empowered, but God also called new disciples who will be added to the Church. Guests were able to answer God’s calling of salvation through partaking in baptism.

This area fellowship was also made special in celebration of the birthday of the Thessalonica area overseer, Bishop Art Ferriol. The brethren were filled with so much gladness as they were given the opportunity to greet personally the beloved Bishop.
