The last day of Adult Camp 2018 opened with the morning devotion. Pastor Cris Enriquez identified three traits that should characterize obedience. He said that we must observe obedience with sacrifice, fear, and humility. Pastor Leticia Ferriol also gave a rejoinder to the message. She emphasized the fact that prayer is a way of life in the End-Time.
After the morning prayer and breakfast, the brethren returned to the AATF Complex to listen to the morning seminars.
Pastor Leticia Ferriol said that the cross is the emblem of suffering. She differentiated wordly suffering from Christian suffering. Pastor Let also explained that Christians share in the suffering to test if our faith is genuine and for us to persevere.
Bishop Arturo Ferriol, the second speaker, discussed the inevitability of suffering (it accompanies Christ’s invitation) , its source (Satan, the world, and our self), and its purpose (to purify our faith).
Apostle Arsenio Ferriol’s message completed the morning lineup. He thoroughly explained why is there a need for the children of God to take part in the sufferings.
The day’s activities resumed with Bishop Aldrin Palanca’s seminar. His message emphasized the need to serve God with diligence as well as faith in the the sent ones of God.
The very last segment of the weeklong camp was the Dedication Night. Apostle Arsenio Ferriol returned to deliver a stirring and passionate defense of the gift of apostleship. He explained the various powers that come with it like preaching, judging, and binding and loosing. He also exhorted the brethren to live according to the word of God and the example set by Christ.
After the message, the venue was filled with impassioned cries to God as the brethren were united in prayer. Apostle Ferriol continued to lead them and give encouragement as they communed with God. They acknowledged and confessed their sins, dedicated themselves anew to a life of holiness and service, and also offered their plans and requests to God.
It was a fitting end to Adult Camp 2018 as everyone’s cup was filled to the brim. As they began their journey home, the participants were buoyed by their newfound spiritual strength.
